We're a small, ambitious team doing genuinely important work at the intersection of research, writing, and technology. We hire for character, invest in growth, and build a workplace where excellent people can do their best work.
Every decision, every product, every piece of content is grounded in evidence — not assumptions.
We say what we mean, mean what we say, and trust each other to do the same. No politics.
We'd rather do fewer things extraordinarily well than many things averagely. That standard is non-negotiable.
The landscape changes. We stay curious, adapt quickly, and invest in the growth of everyone on the team.
We hire people, not job descriptions. If a role sounds like you — even if you don't tick every box — we'd like to hear from you.
