What types of organisations do you typically work with?
A wide range — NGOs and development organisations, private-sector businesses, universities and research institutions, media houses, and individual professionals. If you have a writing, research, or digital-communication challenge, we probably have experience in your sector.
What is your typical project turnaround time?
It depends on scope. A press release or short article can be turned around in 48–72 hours. A white paper or grant proposal typically takes 7–14 days. Larger research projects are scoped case by case. We always confirm timelines before work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We are based in Lagos but work with clients across Africa, the UK, Canada, and beyond. Engagements can be managed fully remotely, and our masterclasses and courses are delivered online to a global audience.
Can you run a workshop or training for our organisation?
Yes. We design bespoke training programmes for teams across our areas of expertise — research methods, AI literacy, content strategy, academic writing, and more. Send your requirements and we'll put together a proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card payment for local clients, and wire transfer or a platform such as Wise for international clients. Payment terms vary by project — we typically require a deposit before work begins.
